Offset rotary printing
Offset rotary printing is primarily used to print products with medium to large printing runs.
One of the following forms of rotary offset printing is used depending on the material we are printing:
which uses cold-set printing equipment to apply ink that dries when absorbed by the material. These presses have no drying equipment.
which uses heat-set printing equipment to apply ink that dries through evaporation of a high boiling point solvent. These presses always have drying equipment.

Technical options for production - Newsprint
newsprint: 45 gsm, 48.8 gsm, 52 gsm
newsprint: 36 gsm – 60 gsm, woodfree offset paper up to 80 gsm, or other types of paper suitable for cold-set (newsprint) printing
A4, A3
the standard format may be slightly modified in specific cases
A4 – 8, 16, 24, 32….(in multiples of 8 pages)
A3 – 4, 8, 12, 16… (multiples of 4 pages)
the number of pages in A4 format may be increased by 4 pages and in A3 format may be increased by 2 pages in select cases
